PDF Receipts Not Sending

Hello.

On single invoice pages which you are sending to your clients,automatically inserting PDF link on bottom of invoices.

I am able to send an invoice no problem, but I want the customer to receive a PDF receipt after they have paid. The add on claims to create PDF versions of your invoices, receipts..

You can use our wp-crm plugin to expand functionality of notifications. (the setting in Settings/Business Process tab – “Use CRM to send notifications”) You can find there trigger action WPI: Invoice Paid.

Thanks Maria, I have now installed CRM but I am not sure about sending notifications.

I have checked the use CRM box in WP-invoice settings, but I do not understand how to use the filters – (To add notification actions use the wp_crm_notification_actions filter, then call the action within wp_crm_send_notification() function, and the messages association with the given action will be fired off.)

Is there a tutorial or documentation that explains exactly where or how these filters can be used. Thanks for your help ??

You do not need to code. You can set up notifications in WP-CRM/Settings/Notifications tab. There you can find our default messages which we have, you can change them or add new one – https://screencast.com/t/x3sbpi1UU
