PDF search not working

  • I purchased the Pro version because I need to search PDF’s. This doesn’t seem to work so I filled in the contact form. Unfortunately I did not get a reply, so I’m trying my luck here.

    We have an archive of our club magazine in the form of (text-searchable) PDF documents. I’m trying to use the Pro version of your plugin to make the archive searchable.
    I attached some PDF to a page, created a test shortcode and enabled that for PDF attachments. It does not find any word in the PDF documents.

    I would expect it to need some time to index the PDF’s, but I don’t see any notification or other sign of that.

    So my questions are:
    1. Should it be possible what I’m trying to achieve?
    2. If so, how can I make it work?`

    The developer made a mistake and I have removed their replies. They cannot and must not support pro uses here. That is not allowed.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
