PDF Settings being ignored when on Genesis Theme

hi there,

first off, I just wanted to say thank you for your work on this awesome plugin.

Im working on a site that has the basic genesis sample child theme and I noticed that any setting for the PDF when it comes to footer, logo, header etc are ignored, but only for that theme.

Would you happen to know what might be the root of the problem?
