    Hi there,

Tickets can be sent as attachments only to attendees.
Now, for this to work, you will first need to enable attendee fields which you can do in Tickera Settings by setting Show attendee fields option to yes and then make sure that both first name, last name and email fields are enabled.
Next, navigate to Tickera settings -> Email field and in the Attendee order completed make sure that these emails are enabled and that the option Enable attachment ?is set to Yes (which is directly responsible for delivering tickets as attachments to attendees).

    Hope this helps a bit.

    Thanks ??

where is the problem, that the function also will use for buyers?

Problem is, we need a “local store” where customer can buy the ticket for the event.
Actually we book for the customer, than wie go to mail, go to the link in the Mail and print.
when the customer buy 20 tickets, we must download 20 files,…

when the file is directly at the mail, we can create a print-Job that attachements in new mails direktly will print.

    Hi there,

Tickera is an online event ticketing system intended to be used for selling tickets directly to customers and delivering them via email so that customers can print their tickets themselves (or show them on the display of their device).
That said, box-office features are currently out of the scope of Tickera so scenarios like the one you have described are not how Tickera is intended to be used.
Specifically, the problem with delivering tickets as attachments to buyers is that customer can order dozens of tickets and each of the tickets may have several images in it which may result in quite large load to deliver via email. As you may guess, delivering emails with that many attachment would almost certainly cause deliverability issues, ultimately resulting in emails not being delivered which is the reason why there is no option for delivering tickets as attachments to buyers.
