• Hi,

    We have designed some ticket templates and added to them the field “Email” that comes by default in the ticket builder.

    But it doesn’t show the email address of the attendant. Just the “Email” text label.

    The email address seems to be registered properly, since all attendants receive the email with the PDF ticket.

    Are we missing something? Any ideas?

    Hi there,

    By default, Tickera does not have attendee email address ticket template element. However, this can be achieved with a custom add-on that is available upon request and which we can send you if you contact us via our contact form.

    thanks for you reply.

    We just realised that the Email template element appears because it was registered for a different event.

    So, it’s not part of the “Foo” event Custom Form, but it appears in the “Foo” ticket template builder.

    Thanks for your clarification. I’ll ask my client to contact you if it’s not available to download it from your website.
