PDF Viewer disabled between Conditional Content Show/Hide short codes.

    Extremely excited to find ProfileGrid has teaser content options in the form of ” Conditional Content Display/Hide” only the shortcodes say show/hide. Unfortunatly a pdf viewer I use is disabled between the shortcodes and fully useable without the shortcodes. Can this be remedied at all? Thank you for your time.
