Pdf viewer thats html5 compatible?

Hi I am creating a website for a nonprofit women’s group and they release a monthly publication for women to read but it’s in pdf format. I want to display this useful resource across all medium including mobile devices. Is there any wordpress plugin that is both desktop and mobile compatible (I.E HTML5). I found one but it’s only free for 12 months and this being a nonprofit i’d like to give them a totally free solution.
