    Hello,

    PDFInfo should be usually installed on Unix-based servers. Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to enable it.

    Thanks!

    I asked my hosting company about this issue and this was their response –

    “We have only the following available modules which we can install on the server:

    Mail::SpamAssassin::Plugin::PDFInfo
    Wx::PdfInfo

    Please specify this with person who has released this plugin which exactly module should be installed.”

    My hosting company has refused to install the software.

    Hi kesconsulting,

    Pdfinfo from https://poppler.freedesktop.org must be installed.

    It is usually pre-installed on Unix-based servers.

    Thanks!

    I have the same issue and my hosting provider also refuses to install Poppler. Do I have any other options or am I just out of luck?
