PDFs Not Embedding Signatures

I’m experiencing an issue with generating PDFs that include an embedded signature. Generally speaking everything works with the exception of the signature image being shown in the PDF.

The PDF simply shows a red X for a broken image where the signature is supposed to be. Meanwhile the signatures are being captured in /wp-content/uploads/uacf7-uploads

Also, I can have the signature attached in an email. But it can not be embedded in the email. Instead it just puts a random string of characters in the email like, “8a5bb187b44e359c5411a873aaadff9e”.

I’m using <img src=”[signature]” alt=”signature” /> to embed as per the documentation. And I’ve got plugin Version 3.2.16?which is the latest.

Incidentally, I also have an issue with the site logo not appearing. Just a red X appears in the top left corner of the PDF for where that is supposed to be.
