URGENT! PDFs won’t upload

    The PDF viewer on my site will not allow me, or any other users besides ONE to replace the PDF file. The ONE person who has been successful uploading PDFs has the same permissions as me and other users who have attempted.

    I don’t think it is an account issue because it still doesn’t work when I log into the person who has been uploading the PDF’s account. That person no longer works for us, so now we have no way of uploading PDFs.

    I’ve tried different browsers, different accounts, different computers (both macOS and Windows), clearing cache/history/cookies etc., and this has been an ongoing issue for a year.

    When I attempt to upload the Zip file, I get redirected to a page full of the following code. However, I can’t paste it here because it gets marked as spam when I do.
