    Hi, this is the second one in a week in which PDT payments changes the status of the order to Completed as opposed to Processing.

    The client emailed the invoice and this should be automatic from payment pending, which turns to processing – once they’ve paid.

    It does appear any PDT (PayPal) payments are completing automatically which means customers won’t get their orders.

    Only changes that have occurred since this problem appeared is that the plugins which were outdated on this site were updated to current release – so not sure if this is a PayPal or Woocommrce issue and not sure where to start troubleshooting?

    Hi there,

    As a start, can you share a copy of the status report as found under **WooCommerce > Status**? Also, can you share a screenshot of the order notes section where this happened as well as a copy of the debug log?

    This is for PayPal Standard, right?

    Hi @madnutter. Sorry we missed your reply. The pastebin links no longer load anything. Have you been able to resolve this issue?

    One thing I noticed is that you have both PDT and IPN enabled, which can cause duplicate notifications. You’ll likely want to turn one of those off in PayPal.

    In general, orders should only be automatically completed if they contain products that are set to both downloadable and virtual.

    If the problem persists, please share the content from the expired links with me again so I can take a look.
