Peculiar Issue! Tweets Download But Don't Show

Hi Alex,
I have a new install of Twitter Tools on https://www.stayingurgaon.com. It worked seamlessly for a while, however I noticed today that it is not refreshing the tweets via shortcode ([aktt_tweets account=”stayingurgaon”]) that I have installed in the footer of my theme.The tweets, however, are visible under the Tweets tab in admin. Would you know what could have gone wrong?
