    Hello,

    I’m using PeepSo plugin for my social networking site. All registrations are done through User Profile Builder plugin. When users enter their country in the registration form that country is not visible in PeepSo profile so users have to enter it there again.

    Is there a way to show entered country in PeepSo profile immediately without users having to do the same action twice? Thanks for the help!

    Hi @ibro87,

    There is a possibility, but I have a question first, what field type have you used in Profile Builder to save the Country? To check this you can go to Profile Builder -> Form Fields -> find that field -> and check the “Type” column.

    I’m using free version so I thought this would be a good place to ask for help. I tried to open a support ticket as suggested but I have no license key. Where can I find this?

    Indeed the forum is the right place to ask for help when using a Free version of the plugin, but the Select (Country) field from Profile Builder is available only with a paid version, as can be seen on the documentation page.

    If you do not find your license key, then you can open a ticket as a Pre-sale question, since this will not require a license key.
