Peepso: One of My Biggest Regrets

  • I have invested heavily over the years working with this company following every recommendation they made with blind trust that I now regret. NOW, I would not recommend peepso to my worsts enemy. They do an excellent job of painting a picture of wonderful community building opportunities no code require b s, with ZERO mention of the major maintenance and security challenges that you definitely will have to deal with every step of the way. Furthermore they partner with other service providers (likely for affiliate commission) whose products and services they heavily recommended and endorsed supposedly with peepso “Integration”, but when you have an issue with the connected
    “Integration” of the 3rd party service… peepso will leave you completely without support and instead defend their partners with little or no regard to the needs of you their customer. Be warned if you decide to use peepso. I’m sorry I had to give them one star just to post this review.

    PeepSo is well-equipped to handle security challenges for user accounts. To prevent brute-force attacks and more. As for 3rd party integrations, we provide a number of integrations with 3rd party plugins and services. However, we can’t be held responsible for issues that might arise with these 3rd parties. This is the very first complaint about any of our 3rd party partners ever.

    The same way a car manufacturer can’t be held responsible for a malfunctioning 3rd party stereo system or road conditions, we can’t be blamed for something that doesn’t happen on our end.

    We provide full and professional support for our software and our services. We understand you can be frustrated, but lashing out on us does not make it better or the problem go away.
