Dear developer please note that we have the PEM file ready and uploaded in the WordPress files in a folder called pem, then went on and updated the wp-config.php file

We have also provided the IP and the callback URL from the plugin to the MAIB team.

    As per your instructions:

ADVANCED: Convert and copy the private key and certificates PEM files to the server, securely set up the owner and file system permissions, configure the paths to the files

We are using a shared hosting evnironment and we use cPanel and File Manager respectively to upload the files and edit the site files.

Could you please tell me how to set the owner system permissions and how to configure the paths, as the plugin has a misconfiguration error message.

    Please also check the screenshots.

    Great thanks!

    Plugin error.

The Advanced mode is the most secure option but requires advanced knowledge and access to the server. For the case described the most appropriate solution is to use the Basic setup mode.

PS: It helps to also have the log files to better diagnose the exact root cause.

Basic setup mode works for most scenarios, however the Advanced mode is recommended for the knowledgeable user in complex scenarios.
