Pending Approval Email

I’ve setup the plugin and account on Mailpoet, however on checking my subscriptions there are 2 old (0-2000 plans) marked ‘pending approval. ‘I just found both emails and clicked on the links but they have now expired.

I can’t cancel the old subscriptions to resend the emails and it won’t let me add a new subscription without paying because of the 2 pending subscriptions. How do I cancel these ‘pending approved’ emails and process again for the plugin activation key?
