    Dear support team,

    i signed up yesterday for the free 0-1000 subscribers plan (we currently have <200 subscribers, hoping for more to come ??

    I used my standard gmail address first to create an account on mailpoet.com, and got one 0-1000 plan for that –> don’t really need that one but i think i just got it by signing up first.

    Then i guess i must have created a second plan for the website project i’m working on ( https://die-stadtapotheke.at ), as this is the one i’d like to use. and also entered authorized mails (with that domain) and sender domain verification for that one.
    –> i’d like to use that one, and i used that key to set up the wordpress plugin accordingly.

    Current status is that i have the message “You’ll soon be able to send once our team reviews your account ….” for both plans, shown on mailpoet.com and within my wordpress setup as well.

    Is there anything i have to do, or just wait for approval? I’m confused that i’m having two plans active. If you need any further information, please let me know (i can’t find a customer number, but i’m reachable through all authorized mail adresses or could provide the invoice number created unter “Invoices”.

    Hi @tomueberall,

    I can see both subscriptions are pending approval, but I could not find your answers from the survey in order to have them approved.

    Can you please confirm you have gone through the survey?

    Hi @bruna, thanks for the reply, and sorry for the confusion …

    i am not sure i fully submitted the survey form after creating the account, as i didn’t realize this was mandatory to proceed (from what it reads and how it is positioned and presented, i misinterpreted that as a survey to find out more about your customers and needs).

    So I have just now filled the survey and sent it for approval. After sending, the notification i need to send the survey still pops up in my mailpoet.com-Account, so i’m not sure it has been transmitted?
