    Hi dear woocommerce team!

    I’ve struggled with this issue for quite some time, which the completed orders are showing up, but pending and cancelled orders are not showing in the orders list. for example, pending orders tab shows that I have 58 pending orders, but when I click on that, it shows nothing/empty

    Thing I’ve tried but no luck:

    Disabling all plugins
    changing theme
    clearing cache
    and …

    If you already performed a full conflict test by changing your theme to Storefront and disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce, and could confirm the error persisted, in that case, to further check into this, kindly provide us the following:

    • Your System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select ‘Get system report’ and then ‘Copy for support’. Once you do this, paste in here your response.
    • Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).

    yes I did a full conflict test before opening ticket

    Get system report and Copy for support buttons are missing too. is there another way to copy the status here?

    I’m sorry to hear that, did you mean you were trying these steps to get the system report? But not a success?

    That’s strange! It is also missing when you deactivate all other plugins except WooCommerce and change the theme to Storefront?

    However, you can right-click on the page and “Select all” then use CTRL+C to copy the content, go to Pastebin or Gist and paste it there (CTRL+V or right-click/Paste). Share the URL with your system status on this thread.

    Please also share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > Status > Logs (if available).

    Found the reason

    It was because of an extension in my browser!
