Pending comment even if it disabled in settings

On the pages pingbacks was enabled, unfortunately i cannot see this setting with Gutenberg editor.

Install classic editor to disable this setting.

It’s there without Classic Editor, but it’s way, way down on the screen. See https://i.imgur.com/W7p7Zds.png

Disable them globally under settings->discussion on the dashboard.

In posts yes, but not in *pages*.

In Pages there is only “Discussion” -> “Allow comments”

Install and edit with the classic editor broke my complete block layout.
