Pending Comments

    I installed Akismet. I ran the Check for SPAM. It basically flagged everything not approved as spam which I anticipated.

    It is showing 78 as pending. All (107) | Pending (78) | Approved (29) | Spam (1,932) …..

    If I click Pending I get: No comments awaiting moderation.

    It’s 0 now. Not sure what happened.

    I manually set some to spam. I don’t know if that triggered a refresh of the count or of that was a coincidence.

    It sounds like you might have had some caching in place that was showing the wrong information. But, it sounds like everything is working as expected for you now.
