Pending notification not being sent

The “Pending” notifications (to client and admin) are not going out when there is a new booking request. The approved emails are going out successfully.
When a new request is made, we are getting another email with subject “Booking notification for you [Booking Package]”. We don’t know where that is coming from and we are unable to configure it. (The requested date and time is not included in this email).
Can you help?
