“PENDING ORDER” MALFUNCTION DOES NOT CHANGE TO “CANCELED”

    Hello,

    I have a woocommerce feature that won’t work.

    When I determine in minute the maintenance of the stock so that the pending orders are canceled, it does not work.

    My orders are still pending.

    I specify that I have deactivated all the plugins and I am in multisite.

    A dev version is in place the problem is nonexistent.

    Does someone have an idea ?

    I’m not entirely clear what you mean by this. How/where did you configure this exactly?

    WOOCOMERCE> adjustment> products> inventory> stock management> maintain stock.

    Hi @echelon2020,

    Just checking, when you’ve set the Hold Stock value for a specific number of minutes, are unpaid orders remaining in the pending status even after the lapse of the Hold Stock timeout?
