Pending Orders move to abandoned cart in E-Commerce Pipeline

    Hello,

    unfortunally, all of my pending woocommerce orders are automatically moved to the “abandoned cart” section in the hubspot e-commerce pipeline. How can I disable this automatism?

    *this happens once a day, even if I manually move them to another deal stage in hubspot, they will be moved back by an automatism to “abandoned cart”…

    Hello,

    1. Our plugin has nothing to do with the “Checkout Abandon” stage, it is the default deal stage of HubSpot, and our integration does not move the deals in this stage. If the deal is in the pending payment stage for more than 24 hours, then HubSpot itself moves the deals to that stage.

    2. Our plugin identifies the contacts with abandoned carts, not deals. It uses the “Current Abandon Cart” contact property to identify the contact whose cart is abandoned. So, you can use the list “Abandoned Cart” to check your contacts who have abandoned the cart.
