Pending Orders Not Saving

    Pending Payment orders are saving when a payment fails, but not when a user leaves the checkout/goes to Paypal and cancels the order without attempting payment. Shouldn’t the order be saved as Pending at this point as well?

    If I understand correctly, nothing happens when a customer checks out, goes to PayPal to pay, and cancels the payment, correct?

    If that’s indeed the case, that’s the default behaviour depending on the payment gateway you’re using. Depending on your payment gateway, the order will change to pending payment/failed if the payment was attempted.
