Pending Payment

Looking for reasons why some orders processed through Authorize.net complete with no issues and some result in Pending Payment in WooCommerce. I double checked all of the settings and didn’t see anything that was incorrect, but I have no idea where to even start tracking this down. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
