• Looking for reasons why some orders processed through Authorize.net complete with no issues and some result in Pending Payment in WooCommerce. I double checked all of the settings and didn’t see anything that was incorrect, but I have no idea where to even start tracking this down. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

    Thanks for the reply. I activated the logs as soon as I started noticing the issues. I have logs for numerous days. Unfortunately, the order the remains pending does not show up in the log. The one before it is there and the one after. How does the plug-in work with someone fails to complete the order? For example, if they get to the payment page and close the browser? Is the order still created? I’m wondering if that’s what is happening?

    In this case, if the customer gets the payment page and closes browser, the order is already created, but it is set in “Pending payment” status, as the payment still hasn’t been processed.

    I am having the same problem that this post originally asked. Authorize.net is approving or denying the payment. But this plugin is not updating the order status correctly in WooCommerce. It is either remaining in “processing” or it moves to “pending”.

    I’ve checked the logs and the orders that are not updating correctly are not in the logs. They are missing.

    If this issue cannot be fixed soon, I’ll use a different plugin.
