    Since using this plugin, we’ve had a handful of orders show up in the admin with a status of “Pending Payment.” Sometimes these orders are immediately followed by another order from the same person that goes through fine. We’re just trying to figure out what the issue is. Had one guy say that he completed the order and then went back a couple days later and still saw that the 2 items were still in his cart. So maybe he never completed the order? Just seems strange that we never ran into this before using this specific payments plugin. It also happens on both Paypal payments as well as Credit/Debit payments (via Paypal) Anyone else run into this?

    Hi @kenlentz,

    Since we have an ongoing internal support ticket, I will close this thread.
    With previous versions, this error could trigger when the customer entered incorrect checkout information. But issues like this should not appear too frequently anymore with the latest version 1.3.1 of the plugin.
