    Some clients try several times, and finally succeed.

    However other orders are processed normally, without any problem.

    I am also having this issue with a client site.
    She had intermittent orders sitting at pending payment while others went through.
    There was one customer it occurred to around 4 times before a new order would finally process.
    Website is up to date and running Avada theme.

    Hi @belinda2016,

    We understand the concern. Our plugin creates a pending order when the user moves to Paypal for payment and once payment completes, it will updated as PROCESSING. In a scenario where the user abandons the Paypal page, the order remains there. Please check and confirm if you are seeing such orders.
