Will the notification also sent to the shop owner so they will know about person that left the cart?
If I set the Hold stock to 60, when the email will be sent? Will this stop the auto canceling of the order?
Is the email sent it the user don’t complete the buy?

    Hello @mstudioil

    Thank you for your message.

    1. You can set admin email into UDW in automation settings. This will send a message if the shopping cart is abandoned.
    2. If you want to delay your actions, you need to use ShopMagic Delayed Actions add-on. Please take a guide on delayed actions with our plugin.
    3. Cart is abandoned if customer becomes inactive, but still has some products in the cart. Inactive means that one left the store or closed the browser. ShopMagic’s automation are triggered for carts with status abandoned, after the time set as abandoned cart timeout. For example, if you set abandoned cart timeout to 10 (minutes), ShopMagic will trigger automation 10 minutes after last customer’s activity in your store.

The client is asking if there is a way to show the pending?order on the WooCommerce?orders’ table

    Hi there,

Just to clarify, our plugin – in terms of pending orders – can do one thing, which is to create an email (notification) for orders which received pending status. Here’s an article which described this use case in detail https://shopmagic.app/blog/woocommerce-pending-emails/

We’re not interfering with WooCommerce orders’ table.

Please let us know if you have more questions.

Can I use more than one email on the “To” field? like
    [email protected],[email protected]

    (@damianmachnik)

My general advice it to not use a specified email in the “To” field. ShopMagic has dynamically assigned placeholders like {{ customer.email }}. If you use it, it will pass customer’s email directly from the order.

If you want to add other recipients, use BCC field.

I want to send the site owners that message about the pending payment

    (@damianmachnik)

In that case, you can use the guide which I linked to earlier in this thread, and add the site owner’s email in automation’s BCC field.

That way, once automation is triggered, ShopMagic will send two emails, one to the email used in the “To” field, and the second to the site owner.

Thanks for the answer, is this the only way to send to multiple addresses?
How do I send to multiple addresses?

    Plugin Support damianmachnik

    (@damianmachnik)

Yes, it is the only way. Just add email addresses in the BCC field and separate them with a comma.

This feature is available in the free plugin version, so you can test that out. In case of any trouble, please let us know.

    Thanks.

So the “TO” will work for one address and the “BCC” will work for many addresses?

    Plugin Support damianmachnik

    (@damianmachnik)

Basically, yes. TO officially supports one email address, while you can try to add two email to BCC field.

As I wrote earlier, this feature is available in the free plugin version, so test that out by yourself.

I’m marking this thread as resolved for now. Please don’t hesitate to create new on ask here in case of any trouble.
