    Hi Team,
    we set up Woocommerce to hold stock for 15 minutes. After that time usually unpaid orders (pending payment) were cancelled.
    For some time now this rule is no longer followed by the system. We have checked with the system administrator the wp- cron and although we have an external one we have also re-enabled the native WordPress one. Before the problem occurred only with the payment method Klarna, now with any payment method (PayPal, Stripe, Satispay). I kindly ask you to help us solve this problem and make sure that unpaid orders are cancelled after x amount of time.

    Hi @filippomor

    It sounds like there may be a conflicting theme or plugin that prevents the product inventory hold stock function to work correctly.

    Would you mind trying placing a test order with pending payment status in a default setup with only WooCommerce and the free Storefront theme enabled? Can you check if it works with this configuration?
