Pending payment status – how to restart

    Hey,

    so I have a Job Manager setup with WooCommerce paid listings addon.

    I’m stuck on how to get those people who are under ‘Pending Payment’ status to complete the order.

    If that user goes to their account/job dashboard, that specific job (that they’re yet to pay) isn’t listed, so there’s no way for them to pick it up again and just complete the payment without having to re-enter all the details.

    Am I missing something?

    Also, is there a URL I could send them to in order to complete the payment?

    Hey @andreint do you have an answer for that? I have the same issue…Would like to send out an email with an URL directly to the payement form, where they can initiate the order and pay.

    Thanks for reaching out. The customer can make payment for any orders with the pending payment status from the My Account -> Orders page.

    You can find a direct link to the customer payment page on the Order Details page under WooCommerce > Orders. This link can be sent to the customer to make the payments.

    Once an order is marked as Completed in WooCommerce, the linked job listing will get updated/published automatically.
