Pending Payment?? Why??

    Hey there,

    Are they different orders that you are referencing, or the same one? Processing is the normal status for orders placed, while pending payment is somewhat normal, if their card hasn’t cleared, or they had issues with payment. You won’t get an email for pending payment orders, as there’s nothing you need to do with it yet.
