    Please get in touch with me via the Events Planner Support and I will help you out. I will need temp admin access to see what is going on. I am assuming that this is in the Pro version, right? One thing to check is … make sure that when the registration is updated, the Regis. Status dropdown says “Complete”. Also, not sure if you did this from the Events Planner > Registrations > Payment icon but there is a bug there that I will fix in the upcoming version. For now, please edit the registration and record your payment from inside the registration.
