Pending sales showing as sales

Hi there,
Not sure if by choice but any sales that timeout show up in pending. Thats great, browser crasher etc.. distracted people.
But these also show in the overview as actual sales making it inaccurate when trying to do a quick balance. I believe that pending should not be included in these reports. Only cleared confirmed payments.
This is obviously based on how I use stageshow. I tried thinking of a situation were it would be good to report but am hard pushed. Maybe a separate heading after the sales report with pending sales. My experience is every pending sale is from somebody who has started again and bought their tickets.
