Pending text not working

What version of WooCommerce are you using? I haven’t had a chance to test with the most recent versions so there might have been a change that broke some functionality.

Can you provide more specific details about how your items are setup?

I’m using the Woocommerce version 2.4.6. My products are variable products, each of my products have few variables but each variable only have 1 stock. Basically when user A place the order into his cart, user B will receive the pending text if I’m not mistaken, correct me if I am wrong.

I’m getting “Item no longer available” instead of the pending text that I written. How do I get the pending text instead of Woocommerce text?

Sorry it has taken so long to get back to you. I finally had some time to test this and did a fresh install of the latest WordPress and WooCommerce.

I created a product that has several variations with only 1 in stock of each item. After adding the item to a cart the pending text is displayed to the user that added it. I also opened up another browser (not logged in and no cookies) and the pending text is also displayed.

Can you take a screenshot of the ‘Cart Stock Reducer’ settings?

Hi James! Thanks for your plugin! It was really neccesary! (I don′t understand why not Woothemes have developed it before…)

But… Same problem here! After edit my settings with a new :

-“Pending Order Text”
– “Append Expiration Time to Pending Order Text”
– “Append Included Items to Pending Order Text”

And after adding a product already added by another customer this phrase is shown:

“Item is no longer available”

I’m using latest versions WordPress 4.5.3 and Woocommerce 2.6.3

And not the text I added via settings.

It could be tough dealing with these possibly unique issues on an already open forum post. I’m going to close this one and can each of you open up your own post with specific details of your issue.

Make sure you clear your WooCommerce cart data before you retest, almost all new user issues are related to items in existing carts before this plugin has been installed. Please include details to recreate the situation.
