People are unable to comment on my blog

  • When people try to comment on my blog they get an error code Nr01 and it tells them that they appear to be a spambot. It ask them to refresh the page but when they do the comment section disappears. I’m not sure how to fix this issue. Please help me.

    Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Twenty Sixteen theme to rule-out a theme-specific issue.
