People need to use the program a while before rating

I had an initial problem downloading to my PC from Firefox. After a few minutes of downloading the screen would fill with code. I was informed from tech support that this was likely due to a browser conflict. I was frustrated because I felt they should have explained this type of problems that may be expected before purchase. I can use the other functions fine and so I have decided to upgrade my star rating for them. If they fix the Firefox problem or make it clearer on the documentation, I would give it an even higher score.
