People subscribing to my site, I do not get notification

  • A friend subscribed to my blog. She showed me the confirmation email she received but I received no notification of this as site administrator. In the past this HAS worked properly but doesn’t seem to be working properly anymore.

  • Do you use Jetpack? If so then all your subscribers are being rerouted to wordpress.COM. This is one of several reasons I stopped using it.

    Oh wow, that is news to me. Yes I do use jetpack. I guess I better stop using it. Thanks so much for your help!
