    Hi,

    I have installed and configured the plugin with “20€ = 1 point”

    I’ve had several orders since and the plugin give 0 points to my cutomers.

    Is there anything to do that I’ve forgotten?

    Other thing : the currency sign is before the amount and I don’t see anywhere to change this. Yet, in WooCommerce, we have a “Currency position” setting to make this. Why do you not use this parameter?

    Thank you for using our plugin,

    In reference to your query, please check that you have changed the order status to completed as per currency points are rewarded on completed order status.

    Also ,currently we don’t have a settings to change the currency position in our plugin.

    Hello,

    My commands status are changed by woocommerce advanced shipment tracking but normally, when we passed to “Delivered”, it correspond to “Completed”.

    But, the points are not added.

    For the currency position, it’s very important to add this possibility or use the WooCommerce parameter because in many countries, the sign is after the number.

    We suggest you to run a test by deactivating the ” Advance shipment ” plugin and then check as it seems the issue might be due to conflict.

    The problem is if I disable the “Advance shipment tracking” plugin, my client loose the possibility to add the tracking code to inform the client that the order is sended.

    I have checked 5 minutes ago and zero points are added to the clients.

    I can try to test in a test environment, but if you find anything to help me it would be very kind.

    Certainly, you can conduct a test on your test environment. We have also conducted tests on our end, but we have not encountered any such issues.

    Has you think this would be the problem for me too?

    At this day, zero points added to my clients accounts. ??

    Hello ,

    You can test by deactivating the gift card plugin but it seems that the issue is due to the different order status because our plugin reward points on completed order status
