Per currency points settings not working

    Hi,
    I have installed and enabled these options,
    1. Enable WooCommerce Points and Rewards from General options

    2. Redemption Settings from General options

    3. Allow per currency points conversion from Per Currency Points Settings options

    I hope *Allow per currency points conversion* is for add configured points to the user per currency, for example, the $100 order placed then points per $ is 10 will be added.
    Am I correct?

    if I am right it’s not working.
    I am using the WooCommerce plugin latest version (4.7.1)

    Hello @vijaydj ,

    Thanks for using our plugin. Yes, you are right according to your setting customer will get 10 points on redeeming $100. Please make sure the order status must be completed only then the customer will get the points.

    I got it, but still, I need some changes in the plugin actions

    1. additional points: I am willing to add additional 10 points for returning customers like every customer’s 5th purchase will have an additional 10 points.

    is there any way to achieve this, your help will be grateful for me,
