    *******
Per your original response, I upgraded Word Press. As a result, I received a fatal error which effectively eliminated my site.
In addition, I no longer have access to my dashboard, cannot access WP in any way.
As a bonus, my last download said it had emailed me the backup – it did not.
    Any suggestions would be appreciated.
    Thank you

    Hello Esmi
Thanks for the theme! I to am having the same issue as bellydanceddreams
I upgraded the theme today, will upgrade to WP 9.2 next week. Don’t like to do to many things at one time.

I guess my question is – Do the left and right borders only disappear when viewing in the WordPress dashboard?
Makes things look a little weird.

I did check the site on Chrome – and want to know if it is cached?
    My site is
    https://www.YourSpiritualGarden.com

I appreciate – and I will double check myself tomorrow.

    Hello,
Is there a way for me to add an image within a post? This used to be done from the image area with an option to use as a featured image or within the post.
With the upgrade, the only option available is the featured image. I did attempt to use the HTML for embedding the pictures – and it showed up as either the HTML or a blank space.
    Any suggestions would be appreciated.
    thanks

The theme still supports both the featured image functionality and the ability to insert images in Posts & Pages. Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder and wp-config.php & root .htaccess files – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

Don’t quite know how to answer your response. I removed all my plugins. I had no site at all. After I removed the plugins, my access and site were restored. Each plugin has been added manually and reactivated.
As for the images. None of the images changed on the pages posted prior to the crash.
Unfortunately, I did not add any images in the time between when I upgraded the theme and upgraded the site.
Will try again, but so far, deactivated the few plugins I have has had no effect.
    Thanks

Sorry? Can you elaborate on this?

Sure. The day after I upgraded the theme, I upgraded WP to 3.91 (or whatever it is). Then my entire site disappeared. I did not have access to the back office and the URL showed a fatal error. In order to get the site back I had to disable the plug in file (or whatever it is) in my c-panel.

I then added each plugin back. I believe I have around 6 on there right now. I just deactivated all the plugins and checked the media again. I still have no way to add the media to a page unless I use the URL (and it then opens on another page)
I am not trying to be difficult, just explaining my reality.
    Thanks

    Try:
    – switching to the default theme automatically by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder and the wp-config.php & root .htaccess files – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

    – running the upgrade manually via wp-admin/upgrade.php

then finally, try just switching to the Purple Pastel theme with all plugins still deactivated and see if that helps.

Thank you for taking the time with me. FINALLY I have it all figured out- WHEW! Not as tech savvy as most so my learning curve these last few weeks has been quite steep. What an education!
    Appreciate all your assistance.
    Have an amazing week.
