Per Page Sidebars not saving

I’ve just tried to updated something on one of my custom sidebars and it’s not saving. I’m using the per page sidebar plugin.

Has anyone else had this problem?

I’ve recently updated to the latest WordPress – perhaps the side bar widget isn’t compatible with that.

Please help!
