    When creating any coupon with percentage option, in the Cart and Check-out page, the discount is totally incorrect.

    For example, using a 10% discount coupon (no selection for shipping) the discount is shown correctly
    Produce price: 48.9 BRL
    Coupon discont: 10%
    Discount: -4.89 BRL

    However, after filling the zip code, it refreshes with a value totally incorrect:
    Product price: 48.9 BRL
    Coupon discount: 10%
    Discount: -9.89 BRL

    In this case, percentage is 0.2022494887525562%
    No matter the shipping option chosen, the discount amount does not change.

    I have tried to delete/create new coupon and the problem always occurs.
    The problem also happens with differente percentage discount coupons. (e.g. 20% discount give a much higher discount after filling the zip code)
    I could not find a relation between price and discount in term os percentage.
    This happens with any product. Fix price discount, e.g. 15 BRL, works fine.

    I need a solution ASAP, my business is being impacted.

    To address better this case, please provide us with the following:

    Please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? And then please include the report in your response.

    A screenshot of your settings under WP Dashboard > marketing > coupons you can send screenshots via https://snipboard.io – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.

    I figured out that an third-part plugin was impacting on it.
