percentage cupon wrong amount taxes

    Hi, maby someone could help. all products in store show prices including taxes. (17% is tax in my country)
    i made a cupon for 15% discount. when purchasin a 99 product i see discount of -15 that is ok and the total in cart 84. BUT when i receive the mail with my purchase shows: product price 99 discount -17 (here is the problem) total cart 84.

    the cart total is still ok but the discount is showing wrong price why?? i guess it has to do with some taxes calculatiosn how do i fix it. customers will call me telling me i am not charging them right!

    To make sure I understand the issue, you’re saying that the order emails are showing a discount of $17, not $14?

    I just did a test on my local site using those amounts and the emails I received all showed the correct discount of $14.85, as seen here: https://cld.wthms.co/nMMPMq

    If you are seeing an incorrect rate in just the email, it’s possible that there’s a theme or plugin conflict causing it.

    Try temporarily switching to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Seventeen) and deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and placing a test order to see if the same issue occurs. If not, slowly enable plugins until you find the source of the issue.

    Let us know if that doesn’t help.
