PERFECT!

  • I was able to easily customize the layout of the Content to create Titles above the images (using CSS) and was so happy to find that the Carousel actually stretched to 100% width instead of having to deal with cropped images or fixed width.

    The images (when used as backgrounds) are so easily customizable, you can select background-size and positioning and that was a major relief.

    Update:

    I just figured out how to customize the arrows, you have to use the slider ID like this:

    #hometestimonials.owl-theme .owl-controls .owl-buttons .owl-prev

    the ID is what I added to the slide settings, and doing that overrides the default CSS that is set to !important.
