Where other plugins do work to fulfill this simple function, this one does it exactly the way I would hope, providing a simple, clean options panel, super minimally designed themes, and the ability to enter custom css. On top of that they responded to my feature request within 2 hours with an updated plugin with the requested feature folded in—that is service!
