    is there a way I can you can have it post from a file like Excel? everytime I update the file it creates a post?

    hmmm how you update the excell file? from ftp? tell me an example on how you want it work eg:

    -you add one row in excell document
    -you upload the file via ftp on your website
    -wordpress verify changes and create posts if necessary
