Perfect! Fast, Easy and Free!

I used this to migrate a site that was in a folder on a domain.i.e. https://domain.com/sandbox/11
On the new server (web host):
Create a new WordPress install
Install this plugin
Choose import and import from a File
Drage the downloaded file from the original install onto the import box
(you get a message, ‘this will overwrite the current site)
click OK
and WOW, It works!
Thank you, so much easier than other plugins I have tried.
