I believe that posts should always be written as simple HTML. Works fast as a breeze and writers can safely copy paste from their text editors like Word. There’s no need to further complicate simple text with unnecessary styling. Too many options with blocks are a distraction for authors when they need just the basics.

FSE and page builders are awesome. But they are also clumsy for simple tasks and have a learning curve for beginners. Therefore I will always use the Classic editor for posts. And for that, my thanks goes to Disable Gutenberg and its developer!
