Perfect if not because of the email notification

  • I have the email notification enabled and since then i have been receiving lots of 404 error email such as below:

    Bummer! You have one more 404

    IP Address xxxxxx
    404 Path /wp-content/xxx/xxxx/xxxx/xxx
    User Agent xxxxxx

    How to resolve this?

    Thanks for the review, but why did you post the support question in reviews?

    You can disable email notifications from 404 to 301 plugin settings.

    I disabled the plugin, but am still getting thousands of emails

    How do you resolve this error? I’m getting tons of emails from this plugin about these fake 404s?

    For now, you can simply disable the email notifications. Soon I will be introducing an option to exclude given paths from the error.

    Same with me I have emails off but I continue to get the emails about my cron job as a 404 I do have a support ticket that is two weeks old waiting for a reply nice to know its not just me.
