    Hi!

    I created 7 combos with variable products and it worked perfectly, but I’m having a very big performance problem when entering the category and combos. Is there anything I can do to understand why this happens only with these products?

    @vidishp thanks for the quick response! The slowdown issue only occurs when accessing the combo products or the category page where the products are located. Yesterday I had some problems because there is an excessive consumption of the CPU when accessing one of the products and in some moments the site ended up crashing, because there wasn’t even time to form the cache.
    I don’t know if this is related to some incompatibility between plugins used in the combo. I’m using a VPS server with 2 core and 4GB Ram with OpenLitespeed.

    I have a second problem I would like to report, that in my user’s cart the product is “stuck”. I got the message that the product was changed, so the “mother” product left the cart, but the items got stuck and cannot be deleted. It already deletes browser cache and cookies but is “stuck” in cart.
    If you have any suggestions on how to check these issues I would appreciate it.

    @laserstore Thank you for details.

    1. Can you please monitor the query that are run on the archive page or product page which cause the slowness? Because ideally, there is no such known issue with the plugin.

    2. Do you know steps to reproduce the issue? It could be incompatibility with the theme or conflict with another plugin.

    @vidishp Hi! Thank you for your response!
    I made a copy of the site for testing and disabled all plugins, except for woocommerce and yours. Operation proceeded normally. So I was activating one by one and testing it and found that there is an incompatibility with the Woocomerce Reward Points by Welaunch plugin. When activating it, the page is extremely slow and in this case there is nothing to do, as I use this plugin for an in-store points program for users. I’m going to try not to load this plugin on the testing pages, but I’m happy to hear that I discovered the problem.
